What is Headcase?
Headcase is a multi-media platform that completely re-brands mental health.
It lifts the lid on something that affects at least 1 in 4 of us, yet is still considered strange, frightening, freakish, and something to keep quiet about.
This is totally bonkers. And hugely unhelpful.
So Headcase is changing all this completely.
A website, podcast series and (coming soon!) and app, Headcase is beautiful, sexy, clever, funny, occasionally downright filthy, fascinating, helpful and above all…nothing like a mental health site or mag at ALL.
Headcase is a glorious exploration of everything that can affect our heads - from sport to food, work to social media, lifestyle to llamas (possibly) - in a way that’s never been done before.
It smashes all perceived ideas of what someone with mental health issues looks like, does, and thinks, and starts a huge, honest conversation between ordinary people of all ages, sexes and backgrounds, experts and occasional visiting kangaroos, about how their minds work, when they don’t…and how to deal with it.
People like you, me, almost everyone we know.
Headcase is THE place to learn about how your mind works – and why it sometimes doesn’t.
And what to do about it.
You look after your body; so look after your mind.
You've come to the right place.
Because life is much easier with mindsight.
