Cambridge Union revisited!
"I came to your talk on Tuesday at the Cambridge Union and just wanted to write to say how brilliant it was. It was so refreshing to hear a brutally honest, raw and realistic account of what I think is one of the most pertinent issues at Cambridge (yet finally enough, not talked about pretty much ever). Just been on Headcase and it is as good as it sounds!" - Sarah.
Delighted to be invited back to the Cambridge Union, after the success of last term's talk.
Another room full of students keen to hear about how to look after their mental health, and more great engagement and interest.
One interesting new question this time was about how to tell what 'type' of person might develop depression, and if, say a shy person was more likely to.
Lead to a talk about how one can never tell, and anyone can develop a mental health problem at any time, regardless of previous character traits.
Very grateful to everyone who came along, and to the Union for hosting us!
